December 08, 2020 The Soft Eye Wire Rope Sling is one of the most sought-after lifting slings for it's flexibility and good strength to weight capacity.
In Sing Teck Leong (STL), these wire rope slings are produced in mass almost daily, with a wide range of wire rope diameters; as such to facilitate the production efficiency, our mechanical splicing process is mainly performed on our Talurit Swage equipment...that is acquired to perform the task with better precision and degree of control to meet our customers' requirements.
The procedure of the mentioned splicing process can be seen from the picture below where a soft-eye wire rope sling is being produced.
