Proof Load Test on Steel Wire Rope Sling In STL facility

STL do provide in-facility testing of procured lifting gears, for example, customer can request Proof Load Testing of their lifting gears on our 100T TALURIT Test Bed (within 100 Metric Tons limit ) for their required Certification Purposes.

Since our Talurit Test Bed comes with a fully enclosed testbed frame set (ends, top, bottom), inbuilt with hydraulically operated safety guards for safety purposes, and a full capacity/full-length break testing, we can observe and view the entire testing process in close proximity safely.

We documented a Proof Load Test run as requested by our customer, let's brief through the Load Test proceeding, on a set of Steel Wire Rope Sling... 

Test Gear: 10mm Steel Wire Rope, with configuration of "35X7". 

Proof Load Test : 40KN loading and hold ~300s

The entire Load Testing took around 5 - 6mins... after which the captured test profile ( on the software ) of the test gear is provided to the customer as reference.
