WSHC: Code of Practice on Safe Lifting Operations in the Workplaces

Being in one of the highest risk industries (Construction) in Singapore, Workplace Safety and Health plays paramount importance for each and every stakeholder in the construction project phase to embrace, as the way of life in daily work routine as well as to upkeep it as one the key core-value of the business to prevent workplace accidents and ensure no lives are lost in everyday work.

The code of practice on Safe Lifting Operations in the Workplaces published by Workplace Safety and Health Council (WSHC) & Ministry of Manpower (MOM) is intended to provide good practice examples as a reference and providing a base-standard for companies to continuously improve on.
