News Flash! JTC Awards Gul Avenue Tender to SING TECK LEONG
August 16, 2021 Sing Teck Leong, STL has been awarded the successful tender for the Gul Ave Plot with over 5800sqm of land area.
This successful tender paves way for the expansion strategy of STL that has been long planned in to diversify its product lines and service category to better serve its customers at large. This will provide STL with a more robust foundation, and to further transform and build on its business resilience for future continuity and sustainability.

JTC has awarded the tender for the industrial site at Gul Avenue (Plot D) to Sing Teck Leong Marketing & Resources Pte Ltd, at a tendered sum of S$3.47 million.
Launched on April 27, 2021, the tender closed on June 22, 2021, with two bids received, JTC said on Wednesday.
Gul Avenue (Plot D) has a site area of 5,832.6 square metres, with a tenure of 20 years. The awarded land parcel has a gross plot ratio of 1.4, and is zoned "Business 2". The project completion period is 60 months.
